We’re extremely happy with our purchase! We were assisted by customer service representative Tina, who was excellent — very patient and thorough in answering all our questions. Our only suggestion is that the packaging could have been a little better. Inside the wooden box, the item was moving around, which caused a few small scratches. We were able to fix them with the help of a handyman, but this could be avoided with sturdier packing. Overall, we’re very satisfied and appreciate the great service!
